As the Instructional Designer, I designed and developed a complete Canvas-based  course that helps middle school students close learning gaps through structured instruction, meaningful practice, and includes  interactive & engaging learner-centered activities.

Case Study Overview:

Served as the UX Designer to design a flower ordering customization app. Created a design using design thinking process that supports seamless user experience and help them personalized floral selections for a variety of occasions.

Google Workspace tools supported the design process. Google Docs was used to create empathy maps, personas, and storyboards, Google Slides for presentations and design activities, and Google Drive for organizing, storing, and sharing project files.
