Hello I'm Harshda
I'm grateful that you are here,

My Journey
From Classroom
to
Instructional Design
Started in the Classroom

With over a decade working in education across India and the U.S. working in education my journey began in classroom teaching, supporting diverse learners, and designing lessons that drive meaningful outcomes.

Discovering My Passion
Over time, I discovered my true passion behind the scenes: understanding learner needs, structuring content, and designing assessments that make learning effective.

Taking the Next Step
This led me to pursue a Master's in Educational Technology and Instructional Design, where I transformed my teaching experience into learner-centered design practice.

Connecting Both the Worlds
Today, I blend classroom insight, learning theories, and digital tools to create engaging, accessible, and purposeful learning experiences.
